I have an aversion to people.
An adverse reaction, and as my throat swells
I won't speak but not for reasons you might think
it's cause these words don't work.
You know as well as I that I have my way with them
But I can't use them to help.
This situation or any of my past mistakes.
I miss my friends.
The one's I never had.
And I miss the good times,
The moments and memories we never shared.
I've my head in the clouds and I'm not coming down.
Sever the ties to the dreamer
With the scissors you took from my hands.
